WHERE WE SHIP OUTSIDE ITALY: We ship all over the world. European countries (EU) are served with GLS courier, while other countries through Bongo International service.
HOW YOU CAN PAY: International orders have to be pre-paid through Paypal or Credit Card. We don't accept international money transfers or other payment methods. Please do not email your credit card details.
SHIPPING COSTS: Shipping cost to the most of European countries is calculated upon order. Bongo International manages orders from other countries and quotes are calculated upon order.
RETURNS AND REFUNDS: Return is possible for all items. They have to be in perfect conditions, complete with attached tags if applicable and/or in their original box. To return an item you have to ask for authorization, sending an email to: email@example.com complete with data about order date and item ordered, or contact us through your user account. You have to ask for return within 10 days from receivement. All shipping costs (to and from the customer) are not refundable, we'll only refund the item. For items changes you'll have to pay every additional shipping cost. Refund will be done through Paypal or Credit Card payment cancellation.

We have partnered with Bongo International to service our international customers.
At checkout, choose your international destination from the country drop down menu. Once you select your country and attempt to checkout, you will be automatically transferred to Bongo's Secure International Checkout page where you will be provided with international shipping costs as well as duties and taxes for your shipment.
Upon completion of your order, Bongo will charge your credit card for the entire purchase. We will ship the goods to Bongo's Global Distribution Facility where Bongo will process the order and transport the goods to your international address. There are no additional fees or registration processes with this service.
