We welcome international orders, but we don’t yet have an automated service for satisfying them. If you live anywhere outside Italy and wish to make an order, please don't use the automated procedure, because your order wouldn't be processed.

Send an email to international@superflydeluxe.com, quoting:

A - Item name/description and size if applicable
B - Your complete address and phone number
C - Your Paypal registered email address

We'll send you a payment request through Paypal and as soon as we'll receive the payment item/s will be shipped.

WHERE WE SHIP OUTSIDE ITALY:
By now we ship only to European Union countries, USA and Canada.

HOW CAN YOU PAY:
International orders can only be paid through Paypal. We don't accept international money transfers or other payment methods. Please do not email your credit card details.

SHIPPING COSTS:
Shipping cost to all European countries is 10,00 euros (for 1 item of any weight, or for more items but under 1Kg).
Shipping cost to USA and Canada is 40,00 euros (for 1 item of any weight, or for more items but under 1Kg).
We ship through TNT international courier. Please allow 5/7 days for orders to Europe or 2 weeks for orders to USA and Canada.

RETURNS AND REFUNDS:
Return is possible for all items. They have to be in perfect conditions, complete with attached tags if applicable or in their original box. To return an item you have to ask for authorization, sending an email to: international@superflydeluxe.com complete with data about order date and item ordered. You have to ask for return within 10 days from receivement. All shipping costs (to and from the customer) are not refundable, we'll only refund the item. For items changes you'll have to pay every additional shipping cost. Refund will be done through Paypal.
