WHERE WE SHIP OUTSIDE ITALY:
By now we ship only to European Union countries, Switzerland, USA and Canada. We welcome special requests from other countries, in some cases we could arrange a special shipment.
HOW YOU CAN PAY:
International orders have to be pre-paid through Paypal or Credit Card. We don't accept international money transfers or other payment methods. Please do not email your credit card details.
SHIPPING COSTS:
Shipping cost to all European countries is 10,00 euros. It means EU countries and Switzerland. Customs costs for Switzerland have to be paid by customer.
Shipping cost to USA and Canada is 18,00 euros.
We ship with TNT or FedEx international courier. Please allow 3/5 working days for delivery of orders to Europe or 1 week for orders to USA and Canada. There isn't any promotion for orders from abroad at the moment, regardless of order amount.
RETURNS AND REFUNDS:
Return is possible for all items. They have to be in perfect conditions, complete with attached tags if applicable and/or in their original box. To return an item you have to ask for authorization, sending an email to: international@superflydeluxe.com complete with data about order date and item ordered. You have to ask for return within 10 days from receivement. All shipping costs (to and from the customer) are not refundable, we'll only refund the item. For items changes you'll have to pay every additional shipping cost. Refund will be done through Paypal or Credit Card payment cancellation.
